What it does
Bookings arrive on their own — Airbnb and Booking sync via iCal and BEDS24 — and the money from each one is distributed automatically per property contract rule, across ten configurable split scenarios.
The settlement between manager and owner, once the tense part of the business, becomes a clear who-owes-whom matrix. One-tap payment registration, bank reconciliation via Open Finance and digital guest guides.
